Mary Mother Of Jesus.
I have heard it said that devotion to Our Lady will always bring us to the will of Jesus. In a way, it
is very much the same thing. She will help us get to heaven, our final destiny.
However, it is interesting to relate that, in
this intercession, She says that Her theology can be different from Her son Jesus. In life we can observe that men and women can have
a different outlook. This may be true of men and women in Heaven as well.
She refers to Herself as Mother Mary Mediatrix in this
intercession. A mother can have a different view, for example, towards children, in a family, than a father, possibly more appropriatly,
a different emphasis.
In this regard, and perhaps other regards, what we might call Our Lady's theology, may be different to
Jesus' theology.
An example of this is given in the book. In fact, it relates to Bayes' theorem in mathematics, discussed on
the 'Heisenberg's Uncertainty Principle' page.
It seems to be implied that Jesus would give the correction to Bayes' theorem,
whereas Our Lady is concerned about the use of Bayes' theorem, on the basis that the use of Bayes' theorem could, in some cases, lead
to something valid being rejected.
